Helpful things to know before a session
There are many legitimate sources of guidance along one's path: bodywork, creativity, energy readings, psychotherapy, time in nature, journaling, etc. All have their place and each can provide useful insight when utilized in alignment with each individual. So, what is the value of the Akashic Records?The real beauty of Akashic Record readings in my experience, is the approach at which they gently align you back with a sense of trust, compassion, and empowerment. Rather than predicting outcomes or determining conditions, the Records help to align you with a sense of being seen and a sense of non-judgement which then empowers you with clarity regardless of your circumstances. Whether you face general uncertainty or clear disturbance pertaining to a job, relationship, etc, the Records bring guidance for your highest good in this moment to connect with your purpose of living your truth in each moment.What are the Akashic Records?
One way of putting it is: the Akashic Records are a sort of energetic space that ‘stores’ a soul’s history. Every thought, feeling, and action across ‘all-timelessness’ is stored there. We can access this space to receive guidance that is relevant for your life and current experiences to help you live with greater alignment to truth, freedom, and joy!What to expect from a reading?
It can be helpful to imagine the Akashic Records as like a “google search for your soul” or spirit: when you ask a question during a reading, Kaysie will begin to transmit the Records’ guidance, which comes in the form of ‘energetic’ information- be it feelings, words, visuals, metaphors, etc… Over the course of the session, this information is naturally translated, providing personally relevant insight to help you gain greater clarity for your life. The guidance received in a reading will always be intended for your highest good according to where are in the present moment.Though the reading is delivered through Kaysie, it is the Records who provide the guidance. 1. Ask about what matters to you. with the Records, the clearest answers usually come when we ask about things that hold personal meaning- what keeps you awake at night for example? or tugs at the dreams in your heart? It doesn’t necessarily have to be “serious”, it’s just about what truly matters to you.
2. Allow yourself to be open. Every reading is different and you never know what unexpected path the Records will weave. It is helpful to be aware that the Records offer unique perspectives on the concepts of truth, time, and purpose for living one’s life - which is ultimately what makes readings so transformative, but admittedly can be different than our initial human expectations and understandings.
3. Exercise your divine nature to discern. This is probably the most important thing: this space is here to assist you, not disempower you. As with all things, a reading is no different: take what resonates, and be willing to leave behind what doesn’t or is no longer relevant for you :)
